Payment is collected after the job is finished and you’re completely satisfied. We accept major credit cards, as well as digital payment options.

What We Take (And What We Don’t)

We take most household and office items—including furniture, appliances, electronics, boxes, clothing, mattresses, yard waste, exercise equipment, and more. If you’re unsure, just ask!

Definitely. We’re happy to help remove mattresses, couches, refrigerators, or any other individual pieces.

We handle light debris on a case-by-case basis, such as small piles of bricks or debris from minor renovation projects. We don’t tackle large-scale, heavy-duty construction or extensive demolition waste.

We can’t accept hazardous materials (paint, oils, chemicals), propane/fuel, biohazard/medical waste, asbestos, or other restricted items. If you’re not certain, send us a photo or give us a call, and we’ll confirm.

If possible, gather items in one accessible area. If not, no problem—just point to what needs to go, and we’ll handle the heavy lifting. Clear paths or mention any tight spaces. 

We highly recommend it so you can confirm items and ask questions. However, for curbside pickups or if you have a locked yard/gate, we can arrange details in advance.

We use a standard professional junk removal truck with a dump body. This is how we gauge volume-based pricing.

Yes. Our crew is trained to move items carefully and safely. We’ll even sweep up the service area before we leave.
